Terms of Sale – Digital Content – Validora AI

These terms apply when you purchase a subscription for Validora AI as a consumer. You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase.
1. Seller
Laura Otto Solutions ("we", "us", "Seller").
2. What you are buying
A subscription to access and use Validora AI for a set period as described at checkout. The Product is digital content supplied electronically. You receive immediate online access to premium features after payment.
3. Price and payment
Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Payment is processed via Stripe. Your subscription activates after successful payment.
4. Delivery
Digital content is delivered immediately after checkout. You need a compatible browser and internet connection.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
5.1 You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without reason ("cooling-off period").
5.2 Express consent and acknowledgment. By purchasing and requesting immediate access, you may waive your right to withdraw. You will be asked to confirm: (a) that you consent to immediate supply of the digital content before the cooling-off period ends; and (b) that you acknowledge you will lose your right to withdraw once performance has begun. If you do not consent, you may withdraw within 14 days before using the premium features. This consent will be obtained during the purchase process on our website (before payment).
5.3 To exercise withdrawal (if not waived), send a clear statement to lauraottosolutions@gmail.com.
5.4 If you withdraw before use of the premium content, we will refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method.
6. Conformity guarantee
Digital content must conform to the contract for 2 years from supply. AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be accurate.
7. Our responsibility
We provide the Software "as is" to the extent permitted by law. For other loss, our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the issue.
8. Freemium and free tier
Validora offers a free tier. Paid subscriptions unlock premium tools. These terms apply to paid purchases. Free tier use is subject to our EULA.
9. Privacy
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Complaints and disputes
Contact lauraottosolutions@gmail.com. EU consumers may also contact their national consumer dispute resolution body.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. EU/EEA consumers benefit from mandatory protections of their country of residence.
